The University of Siena International Observatory on the debt aims to study the issues related to the over-indebtedness of the enterprises, the bank and the State, from a juridical point of view. The Observatory aims at becoming an international point of reference for the problems connected to the debt management, through the creation of advanced training courses, the organisation of workshops and the publication of studies and analysis.
